We received the rough draft of our homestudy today....

Based upon interviews, supporting documentation, and fingerprint and child abuse clearances, Brandon and Jennifer Willis(individual(s)/couple) are recommended and approved for the adoption of 2 children, either gender, from **Insert name of unnamed country*** from age 0 to 9 years old, who have special needs or health issues, including, but not limited to Down syndrome.
