One.More.Day. !!!!!!

Well, the time has almost arrived!!  I can hardly believe it!!!  In 24 hours we will be getting ready to board our first flight - that will take us from Portland to LA - where we will then board another plane, that will take us up and over the top of the world!  (We fly over Greenland - not quite the North Pole, but still pretty awesome!)  After a 12 1/2 hour flight, we will land in our girls' country.  We have a 6 1/2 hour layover in the capital city and then we board a flight to the girls' city. 

To say we're excited is an understatement. But, we're also nervous, anxious, overwhelmed, scared, happy and every other emotion we could possibly feel!!  We have been through a lot in the last year  - and it's pretty amazing to look back over the past 14 months or so - and see where God has taken us!  And here we are, 1 day away from going to meet our girls!!  We're flying to the other side of the world!!!!

Today is my birthday.  But, my birthday present is waiting for me in another country.  I can't believe I'll be meeting them in just a couple more days!!!  Best. Birthday. Present. Ever.

We will be blogging while we're there - so be sure you're following the blog - so you can get updates! I'll do my best to post links on facebook as well, but we'll just have to wait and see how reliable our wi-fi connection is!! :)
