Winding down our time here - days 6 and 7

Posted by Jennifer at 6:53 AM
We are officially done with all the business we need to get done here in Krasnoyarsk and will be leaving for Moscow in the morning!!!  Yesterday, Brandon was out until about 8:30 p.m. finishing up everything.  The big excitement of yesterday, was the he was back here at the apartment for a longer lunch break, so after she woke up from her nap, Dasha and I escaped the apartment and walked to the grocery store!!  It was FREEZING, but was great to get out, and she got to ride in the cart for the first time! :)

Naked baby time!  :)  I am pretty sure this was the first time she's ever spent any prolonged time naked.  She's starting to love it. LOL

Mama curled her hair yesterday. :) Her hair and skin look so much healthier already!!!

I had hung Emily's pajamas over the side of the crib, and Dasha folded her pajamas up and hung them up next to Emily's.

She LOVES the Pat the Bunny app we bought her.  LOVES it!

When we were going to the store....it was nice to just have mama and Dasha time, and to get some fresh air. :)
Sitting on the bench outside the store. :)
Riding in the cart for the first time!  She wasn't sure what to think about it.  She also HATES the Father Christmas figure they have standing at the front of the store. :)

Mama painted both girls' toenails....SO cute!!  These are Emily's...
 And Dasha's....

She put Emily's socks on me - and insisted I put my shoes on too.

 Signing bird
 Coloring together...

Today, Brandon only had to do one short errand. So we were able to get out and meet our friends at the mall down the street. (they picked us up) It was great to get out and people watch a little. Plus there was a great indoor playground for the girls to play on AND we got some great family photos taken!  These pictures are a combination of my photos and the photos our friends took (which are WAY better than mine!!)

Such a gorgeous family! The girls seem so happy & it is obvious the amount of love there is. I hope things continue to go well for you all.
